Other Organizations

On the local level, MCEDC is an active participant providing support to the following organizations:

• Workforce Investment Board
• Montgomery County Brownfields Initiative
• Pottstown Area Industrial Development Corporation

MCEDC participation includes the Economic Development Committees of these Chambers of
Commerce:

• North Penn
• Spring-Ford
• Upper Perkiomen Area

In addition, MCEDC supports the Keystone Opportunity Zone (KOZ) and Enterprise Zone (EZ) programs, which are administered by the Redevelopment Authority of Montgomery County (RAMC).
