Montgomery County Community College is proud to be one of 33 partners in Pennsylvania’s Workforce and Economic Development Network (WEDnetPA). Entering its 8th year, WEDnetPA has become a national model for workforce development offering a highly successful training grant program for the Commonwealth’s business community.

WEDnetPA’s mission is to strengthen employee productivity in Pennsylvania’s workforce by channeling funds to firms who value linking training with business goals. Through WEDnetPA, companies can take advantage of Guaranteed Free Training, a funding program designed to leverage a firm’s training dollar and strengthen its competitiveness in the marketplace. Only WEDnetPA partners can assist companies to obtain these grant dollars.

MCCC has a proven track record of providing quality custom training to area firms. MCCC has delivered a wide range of on-site programs, tailored to meet a firm’s needs and time requirements. Training topics include root cause analysis, customer service, AWS welding, soldering, PLC, CNC, project management, Auto CAD, English as a Second Language, communication skills, performance management, leadership, MS Office, blue print reading, ISO quality improvement, supervisory training and OSHA industrial safety.
