Montgomery County's Commercial Real Estate Networking Group

What is MCRE
The MCRE is a commercial real estate group that has been developed and formed in conjunction with the Montgomery County Economic Development Corporation (MCEDC).

The MCRE was created to assist commercial and industrial real estate professionals by providing a forum for brokers and business service providers in Montgomery County, PA. The main objective is for each individual to introduce a featured property or special service.

Meeting Format
Networking opportunities will be available prior to the start of each meeting. The meeting will be called to order and the sponsor will present the building they are marketing. Immediately following the presentation, each person in attendance will be given one minute to introduce himself and their company and present a property they are marketing, a building requirement for a client, or present their product or service.

Meeting Dates

Meetings are held on the second Tuesday of every month from 7:45 am – 9:00 am at a site to be determined by sponsorship. A list of meetings can be found at: http://www.montcoedc.com/calendar/

Sponsors
A sponsor will be a real estate broker, owner or developer that has a building they are marketing to sell or lease. Sponsors are responsible for providing the breakfast for all attendees as well as prepare the space for the event. MCEDC will take care of all marketing and registration for the event.
